Trucking Coordinator

The Trucking Coordinator oversees the timely delivery of finished goods to customers and schedules pick up of raw materials needed for the operations. Update and provide trucking information both to customers and suppliers. Monitor and report all driver concerns such as accidents, safety, and licensing issues.


  • Receives request for pick-up and delivery advice from Sales Department and Shipping Section.
  • Prepares daily schedules of trucks and documents for pick-up.
  • Tracks routes to assure on time deliveries of finished goods and pick up of raw materials.
  • Accurately records truck mileage for fuel rate monitoring.
  • Optimizes truck capacity by monitoring cost per metric ton (MT) per trip.
  • Submits daily and monthly trucking trips and other related matters to the Team Leader.
  • Submits summary of trucking trips to the outsourced manpower agency every cut-off date.
  • Handles client concerns and any other related problems during pick-up’s and deliveries.
  • Monitors truck maintenance schedule.
  • Initiate ordering of truck operating supplies and issue purchase requisition for any repairs needed outside the mill.
  • Performs other related functions, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time


Educational Attainment: 

  • College Level graduate of any course

Skills and Competency Requirements: 

  • Basic knowledge of computer operations
  • Ability to drive trucks, preferably
  • Ability to conduct basic trouble shooting


  • Minimum 1 year experience as Trucking Coordinator or completion of equivalent training
